Welcome to Pawsona AI ("Pawsona," "we," "our"). By using our website at pawsona.cc (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What we do
Pawsona is an AI tool that turns a photo of your pet into a human-style character portrait, before/after poster, persona card, and social-media-ready caption. You upload a pet photo, choose a few options, and our AI generates four shareable images. A free watermarked preview is available; HD watermark-free downloads require a one-time purchase.
2. Your obligations
By using Pawsona you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years old (or 16 in jurisdictions where that is the minimum age for digital consent).
- You own, or have permission to use, the pet photo you upload. You won't upload someone else's photos without their consent.
- You won't upload images of real people's faces, including celebrities, public figures, or minors, in an attempt to generate human portraits of them. Pawsona is for pets.
- You won't upload sexual, violent, hateful, or illegal content, or anything that would cause Pawsona to generate content of that nature.
- You won't use the Service to harass, defame, or impersonate any person or entity.
- You won't try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API, attempt to bypass rate limits, or circumvent the watermarking on unpaid previews.
3. Payment and pricing
- All purchases are one-time — there are no subscriptions.
- Prices are in US dollars and shown including any applicable taxes where Creem can determine them automatically.
- Payments are processed by Creem. We never see or store your card details.
- HD downloads are delivered instantly after Creem confirms the payment (typically within seconds).
4. Refunds
Because the product is digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. However, we'll refund a purchase if any of the following happen, provided you contact us within 7 days of the transaction:
- The generation failed, the result page never showed your images, and a retry also failed.
- You were double-charged for the same generation due to a technical error.
- The HD download didn't unlock even though payment was confirmed.
Subjective dissatisfaction with the artistic output ("the human doesn't look enough like my pet") is not eligible for refund, because the free preview lets you see the result before paying. Pick the result you love, then unlock HD.

5. Intellectual property
Your photo
You retain ownership of any photo you upload. By uploading, you grant Pawsona a worldwide, royalty-free license to process the photo as needed to deliver the Service (analyzing it with AI vision models, generating derivative human-style images, storing it on our servers). This license ends when you request deletion under our Privacy Policy.
Generated outputs
When you purchase a pack, Pawsona grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the generated images and captions for personal, non-commercial use: posting on your own social media, printing for yourself, sending as a gift to a friend, etc.
Commercial use (selling prints, putting images on merchandise for sale, advertising for a business, etc.) is not included in the standard packs. If you need a commercial license, contact us.
Free previews
Watermarked previews are for personal evaluation only. Removing, obscuring, or AI-erasing the watermark to use the image without paying is a violation of these Terms and may also infringe our copyright.
Pawsona's assets
The Pawsona name, logo, design system, prompts, sample gallery, and source code are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy them.
6. About the AI output
AI image generation is creative and probabilistic. The human portrait we generate is an artistic interpretationbased on your pet's visible features — it's not a forensic likeness or scientific prediction. Two runs on the same photo may give different results. By using the Service, you accept this inherent variability.
Sometimes the AI may produce results that don't look much like your pet, or have minor visual artifacts. We work continuously to improve quality; we don't guarantee any particular result.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as-is." We may have downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or force-majeure events. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawsona's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the previous twelve (12) months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g., for fraud, willful misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by negligence).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms — particularly the obligations in Section 2. You may stop using the Service at any time. Refunds in case of termination are at our discretion, except in cases covered by Section 4.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Hong Kong, except that you may bring claims of up to USD $500 in your local small-claims court if you prefer.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
